Sound Tax & Accounting guarantee that if we fail to deliver on any of the points below in any month, we will refund your monthly fee for that month. We like to know where we failed; continuous improvement is one of our core objectives. We will arrange your refund – and deal with any issues.

1. When you become a client, your dedicated accountant will be in touch within one business day of your signed contract being received by us.

2. If you email us, we will respond within 24 business hours.

3. Once all necessary information is received by us, a draft tax return or accounts, will be sent to you for approval within 6 weeks.

4. Lodgements will always be on time, if we have all required information at least 4 weeks prior to the lodgement due date.

5. We will ensure that if you have an urgent matter, that we attend to the matter or complete the job as soon as possible.

6. If you leave us a phone message, we will respond within one business day.

7. We will honour any quote given, providing the job stays within scope.
